This museum depends on the Argentine Navy. Previously the building housed workshops, one of the first arsenals of the Navy. It was transformed into a museum in the 1940s and today contains more than 4,000 objects. Old cartography, nautical instruments, model ships and other historical pieces. The proposed tour revolves around the historical and military aspect of the Argentine Navy. Perhaps the most impressive is the model of the galleon 25 de Mayo, used in the war against Brazil in 1826.
