Already more than 100 years! Time passes and the tradition remains, that of a tasty Spanish cuisine in a popular (and also very touristy today) place. El Globo remains one of the capital's traditional restaurants, serving a hearty puchero (a stew similar to the Argentine locro ) with a solid reputation or an authentic paella valenciana. In another genre, the cazuela de mariscos (seafood stew) is usually a hit. For dessert, it's easy to be tempted by the dulce de leche panqueques .
