Restaurant-bar in Buenos Aires offering raw or vegetarian dishes at low prices.

Among the institutional places in Portognes, this one is one of our favourites, even if we have to admit it, the place is densely populated by tourists...but the very typical atmosphere remains however very pleasant. It is a superb notable bar dating from 1864. On the menu, good and cheap local dishes: milanesas, homemade pasta, picadas, lomos... It is copious, well presented enough and the atmosphere is pleasant. And as the management has understood the interest of seducing a foreign clientele, the house also offers vegetarian dishes.

J'y suis allé 4 fois en 10 jours...C'est pour vous dire. Les parillas sont à tomber par terre; Les ravioles de thon sauce pesto aussi; idem pour les Tortillas... N'hésitez pas à vous faire conseiller par des locaux. Il y à toujours beaucoup de monde dont au moins 3/4 d'argentins. La déco est fabuleuse, la cuisine aussi !
