Grilled meats, chorizo, trout with Roquefort cheese in a restaurant in Buenos Aires with a good wine list.
A very nice parrilla (a classic in the capital), which takes the title of a famous tango song (by Horacio Ferrer, sung by Piazzolla) and offers a good Argentine wine list just behind the Paseo Plaza, a stone's throw from cinemas and theatres. Bife de chorizo or trout with Roquefort cheese are the highlights of the menu, but other delicious dishes will satisfy your desires. It is advisable to avoid weekend evenings when the restaurant is fully booked. Apart from the waiting, the room can sometimes seem noisy.
