A few years ago, Hôtel Rabot launched an agrotourism project based around chocolate. You can visit the cocoa plantations, learn how to make your own chocolate bar, and enjoy chocolate in all its forms at the Cacao Bar: cocoa burger, infused cocoa ice cream, cocoa ketchup... The place is laid out like a large open hangar with various foodtrucks offering products made exclusively from chocolate... The idea here is to work with local producers to encourage sustainable development in Saint Lucia.
