PISTE CYCLABLE PARENZANA

An exceptional cycling path, Parenzana follows the route of the old railway line of the Istrian peninsula. It then extended from the Italian Trieste to the Croatian Poreč. The 100-kilometre route is fairly easy to follow: coasts are rare and the track is well secured. However, the use of an ATV is preferred because of the sometimes rocky road sections. The Slovenian part is certainly the best maintained and offers a series of delicious panoramas of the hidden jewels of the coast.
