This traditional house is almost 5 centuries old and has been used as an inn since 1822. Two centuries ago, gingerbread (lec meaning "gingerbread") was made here. The tradition is resurfacing as a workshop-museum opened its doors in the summer of 2007. This reputable inn relies on tradition and never disappoints. The interior, lulled by traditional music, is warm, with a multitude of retro objects. The service in period dress provides an authentic atmosphere. Carniole's specialities are in the spotlight and the menu is in French.
