During the summer of 2022, the unmissable Salaisons du Sancy was taken over by Michael Vaufrey. Coming from a family of pork butchers and a professional in the retail sector, he has completely redesigned and expanded the store. There is a grocery section, home-made charcuterie offered by the pork butcher Pascal Tournadre, ready-made meals, a special wine, beer and liquor section. The faithful customers can be reassured, the salting remains the main activity and the quality is always present. Tastings and open days will be organized.

Beers are settling in the department and in the Sancy. But these beers from Auvergne are unlike any others. Nicolas and Charlotte Dauchy offer 100% malt and organic beers, with no artificial flavoring, no added sugar, no coloring and maximum flavor. The raw materials (malt and cereals) are chosen as far as possible from regional production. The formula works: 5 Gold and Silver award-winning beers, including 2 Double Gold medals at the Gilbert & Gaillard International Competition. Tours and tastings are available.

Saint-nectaire, murol, cantal... : all the cheeses of Auvergne are represented in this small shop. You don't know what to choose? Ask for advice! Depending on your taste, you will be directed to a particular type of cheese. In the shelves, you will find quality cheeses, but not only! Here, all regional products are honoured. The shelves proudly display the different wines of Auvergne, the baskets are filled with delicatessen, biscuits of all kinds ... all made in Auvergne of course.

Since 2018, it is one of the first entirely organic sales points created on the initiative of producers in the Puy de Dôme. Supported by the department, it allows to centralize the products of the producers who take turns to advise you. You can also find products from neighbouring departments from other committed producers. You will find a wide variety of farm products, from yoghurt to beer, bread and wine, and a concept that hopes to set the tone in the region to educate future generations.

In this store, which proudly bears the name of the patron saint of winegrowers, Saint Vincent, quality is the order of the day, with a careful selection of only owner-grower wines in some 300 references, but also bulk wines. But the description would not be complete if we forgot to mention the local products that adorn the shelves: only the best, from regional liqueurs to gourmet preserves, charcuterie, mature cheeses, custom gourmet baskets and pastries. Conviviality is the order of the day.
