And the facts are in line with the promise: a generous table that honours local products and dishes: meat from Salers, lentils from Le Puy, truffade, a platter of Auvergne cheeses. The wines of Saint-Pourçain come to accompany these dishes. The desserts are revisited to be worked with local products, like the panna cotta of saint-nectaire with fruits. Dîner parfait. Fin , raffiné et copieux.
La décoration de la salle à manger est à notre goût un peu datée et peut être trop personnelle, mais la qualité des plats nous la font oublier .
