Le Térèze is the restaurant of the magnificent Hotel Santa Teresa, now McGallery, in the eponymous district, one of the most beautiful establishments in the city of Rio. The menu, signed by chef Esteban Mateu, is of contemporary inspiration and high quality, and the use of "unconventional plants" is surprising. The wine list (particularly Chilean) is full of surprises. Thursday dinner: tasting menu (with wine). Excellent breakfast too, available daily to non-guests. Prices are reasonable.
