This restaurant follows the same philosophy as the eponymous hotel, incorporating the essence and gastronomic culture of Menorca into its recipes. The short and balanced menu, which is renewed according to the seasons, and the tasting menu, are all based on the products of the sea and the land, prepared with great skill by the chef Luís Loza. You will appreciate the simple but intense combinations, as well as the freshness of the ingredients used, which are full of authenticity.

Le cadre est agréable bon repas de qualité mais l’inventivité créatrice n’occupe pas la cuisine. Mais c’est un bon gastronomique quand même

Magnifique endroit dans lequel nous revenons sans se lasser. L'accueil de Monica et de son équipe est toujours professionnel et sympathique. La carte des vins est à la hauteur de nos attentes. Seul bémol, la carte qui ne change pas beaucoup et l'on finit par reprendre les mêmes plats au fil du temps.
