SA NITJA FROMAGES

Since 2016, Sebastià and Jessica, a young and friendly Menorcan couple, have been making artisanal D.O.C - Denomination of Origin "Mahón-Menorca" cheeses. There are several varieties to satisfy all palates: artisanal cheese made from 100% raw cow's milk (dry and semi-dry), as well as mixed cow's and sheep's cheese (lighter). Everything is elaborated with respect to the tradition and history of the farm, guaranteeing the best conditions for the 80 cows and over 120 sheep that occupy it.
