Pabo, Mónica and their grandchildren, Nico and Martín, have travelled around the world and brought back various experiences and influences, including culinary ones. For more than ten years, the restaurant La Cayena has been offering a culinary journey to the four corners of the world: Mediterranean salads, Thai woks, Japanese tempura, Italian and Moroccan specialities, Tex-Mex, Indian or Pakistani cuisine... Made with local products, they are served on the terrace and prepared with love!
