Boutique-atelier born of Joan Canals' passion for the world of wine and his desire to share it. While there are some excellent bottles of wine produced on the island, it's a carefully-crafted selection of Spanish and European quality that takes pride of place. The selection includes wines with personality and stories to tell. On the French side, prestigious wineries are represented: Olivier Guyot, Bonnardot and Jean-Marc Boillot. On-site tasting on Friday and Saturday.

A famous family distillery, the Xoriguer company quickly became an institution on the island. Gin appeared in Menorca during the English presence in the 18th century, when no strong alcohol was produced here. It was at the beginning of the 20th century that the Xoriguer brand was created by Miguel Pons Justo. Its name comes from the old windmill where the wheat was turned into white flour. It has become the emblem of the brand, visible on all bottles.
