Born about thirty years ago, the AcceSens association aims at facilitating access to culture and leisure activities for everyone: for able-bodied people, for people with permanent or temporary disabilities, and for all ages. Tourism, culture, training, transcription, sensitization, these are the fields in which AcceSens works. It offers its expertise to structures as well as numerous mediation solutions. They can range from the creation of visit supports to staff training. AcceSens is at the origin of the Handivisites application which lists heritage sites accessible to visually, hearing and mentally handicapped people.

In 2008, the Cultural Association of Aigueperse and its surroundings celebrated its thirtieth anniversary and the 25 years of its magazine Sparsae. This association organises, as its name indicates, cultural leisure: exhibitions, various events, outings. It has a Archaeology section and publishes Sparsae, a historical newsletter on the city and the surrounding area.
