From S'Estanyol, a former fishermen's village that is now a residential area, there is a sensational view of the Artà hills and the Tramontana, revealing a magical landscape when the sun sets behind the mountain. Although there are many rocks here, there are a few small sandy beaches with crystal-clear water: Es Racó de S'Arena to the southwest and Arenal de Sa Rápita beach to the east. The village itself has nothing special to offer apart from its pleasant tranquillity. The walk along the seafront is delightful, and the small marina is no less charming.
