The first Italian restaurant in Formentera, opened in 1980 by Silvia, a Milanese, and her family. Managed by her son Federico, it is now one of the island's good wood-fired ovens. Besides the classics and the unavoidable pizzas, among other house specialities, the seafood pasta stands up very well and the desserts are home-made. A pleasant terrace overlooking the street, complemented by a vast interior room, planted with trees and painted entirely in white. Not bad for dining in the centre without breaking the bank.
