INTEGRAL
Read moreJust a few tables and a small outdoor terrace (with a tree growing in the middle!), this is a restaurant with a warm and intimate atmosphere. Helena, the owner, offers tasty home-made dishes, often made with organic (or even gluten-free) products. Falafels, vegetarian burgers, vegetable gratins, inventive salads, soufflé filled with goat cheese and vegetables, muffins and cakes to die for. It's also a great place to have breakfast in Es Pujols. We love it!
RESTAURANT CAPRI
Read moreWith its giant lobster overhanging the roof, the Capri is a classic of the island, one of those popular addresses where locals and travellers mix. The cuisine is typically Mediterranean and based on the tradition of the fishermen who are still very present in Formentera. On the large illuminated terrace you can enjoy the chef's dishes: parillada, calamari a la planxa and some tasty meat dishes like duck breast or solomillo. The property manages the small hostel located in the same structure.
CAN LOCA
Read moreA table run by Italians, on the Es Pujols promenade. Can Loca spreads out its large terrace (nicely illuminated in the evening) facing the Big Blue. Iodized meal with the sound of the waves. Unpretentious cuisine (clams, fried calamari, mussels, scampi, Catalan-style lobster, seafood carpaccios, grilled fish or copious paellas to share...) in a romantic setting. To conclude: a good address to eat fish and seafood. Very good quality-price ratio. Friendly service.
BOCASALINA
Read moreOn the Es Pujols promenade. Italian restaurant with a pleasant covered terrace facing the sea. Also a large sunny room, sober and elegant. Typical Mediterranean cuisine: good paellas, delicious tuna tartare, steamed lobster with Catalan-style vegetables, fresh seafood pasta made on the spot that morning, fillet of sea bream with ginger and crunchy vegetables... A well-stocked wine cellar (with some recommendable labels from the Balearics, and even from Formentera). Salty addition, as everywhere.
CAFÉ MIRANDA
Read moreAlessandro Minelli, manager of the famous Ca Na Pepa restaurant in Sant Francesc opened the doors of Café Miranda in 2016, offering a restaurant concept serving tapas and portions. Right in the middle of the Es Pujols seafront, the chic-looking bistro, decorated in vintage fifties fashion, is busy at all hours. A beautiful terrace to enjoy the mild summer evenings and taste classic and well-made tapas : mussels, ceviche, chipirones, croquettes, jabugo (an Iberian ham), hummus... Very good.
