This tiny fishing village grew up around a natural harbor embedded in the rock between Ses Platgetes and Es Racó de Sa Pujada. It was once the island's second largest natural harbor. There are no hotels or huge buildings here, just lots of rocks and a few sandy spots hemmed in by stunningly colored water. There's a small mini-market and a few souvenir stores, but it's all very serene and family-friendly, which gives it an authentic feel. A number of restaurants have terraces overlooking the sea. From Es Caló, you can reach Ses Platgetes in just a few minutes on foot.
