ES MOLÍ DE SAL

World cuisine restaurant €€
3/5
1 review

Nestled in one of the old salt mills that are illustrated on postcards. You can see the whole coast of Ibiza and, below the terrace, the beach of Ses Illetes. Sober decor, stone walls and tables with white tablecloths. Fish and shellfish(bullit de peix, fish of the day, lobster, gambas...), paellas, pasta and some meat dishes(solomillo, pork chop, black Angus steak...). Attention: if the choice is vast, the prices are not within the reach of all the purses. Otherwise, come and have an aperitif as the sun sets!

JUAN Y ANDREA

World cuisine restaurant €€€

This is one of the most expensive and exclusive restaurants in Formentera. The heirs of Juan and Andrea have taken over the reins of the establishment, which serves lobsters, prawns, scampi, paellas and fish in an idyllic setting. The luxurious boats coming from Ibiza have made it an almost obligatory stop on the road to summer pleasure. Those who drop anchor offshore can even benefit from a zodiac service reserved for clients. For the average person, the restaurant is accessible by a dirt road. "Luxury, calm and pleasure".

ES MINISTRE

Mediterranean cuisine restaurant €€
2/5

On the northern tip of Sa Illetes beach, the restaurant Es Minister unveils its large shaded terrace facing the turquoise sea surrounding the peninsula. A good beer is refreshed or dildo. It offers quality Mediterranean cuisine where the products of the sea dominate, and boasts a good wine card to accompany the whole. On the menu: chipirones, special moulds of the house, burbot à la plancha, squid squid, fresh fish of Formentera, as well as specialities to share to two or more, such as paella to black rice or assortment of fried fish. For those who prefer meat, grilled chicken, pork chops or solemillo are also on the menu. For dessert, from apple pie to Catalan cream, the choice is wide. Friendly and efficient service even when the terrace is packed. From the restaurant you can also book your crossing on the Barca Bahía, which links the Savina to the island of S'Espalmador. A large parking lot is located opposite the restaurant.
