Under the arcades of a white building on the corner of the main street, here is the latest addition to the "Passion family", a temple of healthy living founded by Lana, a young Croatian expatriate in London who opened her first café in 2002 on the beach of En Bossa. Today there are five Passion cafés on the island. You can sit on the terrace or in the large interior room with its refined decoration. The products are healthy and fresh, the recipes are balanced and sophisticated, the freshly squeezed juices are to be found... of course, it's not cheap, but the quality is there.
