Two bold projects have merged: the restaurant of Belgian chef Kristof and the first central address of the craft beer Sierra Andina born here. The whole thing gives us a different place, open all day and offering solid breakfasts and organic coffee from Chachapoyas (Shuqush), a budget lunch menu, crepes, the incredible Flemish carbonade with local brown beer, fresh pastas, quiches, pies, soups and salads. Later in the day, it turns into a bar with a terrace. Good vibes.
