FERIA - MERCADO ARTESANAL

This weekly fair, created in 1572, is a real institution and a unique attraction. Spreading over 11 cuadras of the Avenida Huancavelica, it attracts all the inhabitants of the surrounding valleys. Many clothes and other Chinese products but be persistent: some cuadras are still in the hands of the artisans (^2nd and^3rd down from calle Ayacucho). Interesting for gifts and souvenirs.
