An excellent address to taste the famous Peruvian chicken and chips. Very popular with Peruvians. The "pollo a la brasa" is almost a religion here. It is eaten in personal format "un quarto" or as a whole chicken to share, always accompanied by chips and salad. Here, you can also find some local specialities like the rocoto soufflé, the pachamanca or the chancho (pork) a la caja china and some very American pizzas. In short, it's fast, invigorating and popular, but it's also about giving in to the local pleasures of good food!
