This old wooden tramway has a lot of character. It goes around the historic center and then climbs up and stops at the Cristo Blanco for a panoramic photo session and then on the heights of the Palacio Manco Capac where there is a shop and another car. The whole tour takes about 2 hours, pleasant, you can also stand on the back platform and ring the bell. Ideal for families. There are ticket sellers on the Plaza de Armas, it's the easiest way to find it. The schedules are very random.
