EL BUDA PROFANO

One of the few 100% vegan restaurants in the region. The chef prepares excellent sushi that even carnivores will appreciate for its originality and flavour. They offer a very copious and affordable tasting menu that allows you to discover all the specialties on the menu. Other dishes such as ramen or vegetarian ceviche are on the menu, and even sweet makis for the greediest! The place is small, but very well located and warm. A great address for vegans, vegetarians and sushi lovers.
