Petit Futé's opinion on ZIG ZAG
In this white volcanic stone colonial house, you can order without hesitation alpaca, lamb, beef, salmon or fish from the Amazon cooked on lava stone or, more classically, one of the various carpaccios. All these dishes are generously accompanied by potatoes or quinoa and ratatouille. Save a little room for dessert, to try the passion fruit vacherin glacé or a coffee and pisco mousse from Peru. Excellent table and impeccable service. At lunchtime, several menus are available.
