Zingaro is a famous restaurant in Arequipa. It serves a delicious lomo saltado with quinotto de aji amarillo or a light salmon with pisco and aguaymanto, with mango carpaccio and sweet potato and passion fruit purée. The selection of meats, chicken, trout, pasta (lasagna of rocotto relleno) is ample. Prefer the tables on the terrace to get along. At Lazos, their parillas restaurant next door, you'll find meat specialties cooked with volcanic stone. Two reliable addresses, but a little expensive for the quality served.
