Kjolle is currently on thesecond floor of Central. In a slightly less formal atmosphere, we discover the kitchen of Pia Léon, Virgilio Martinez's right-hand woman, sous-chef and wife. Airy, colorful and creative bites. Excellent desserts. The tasting menu remains reasonably priced to get an overall idea. Will the student surpass the master? Pia has swept up many awards as a chef in 2021. The Kjolle is now in 8th place in the World's 50 Best Restaurants, well ahead of Astrid and Gaston for example. Top!
