On the avenue that has established itself as the avenue of beautiful creative addresses, we find this elegant establishment that serves 32 people for lunch and dinner in a mineral and raw setting. The products are local, the flavours too, but fine and surprising. Many creative appetizers made with fish and seafood, roots, flowers, and Andean grains. On the menu we like fresh pasta with wild Amazonian ham and crispy seaweed, rice with creamy seafood, or suckling pig with caramelized honey. The desserts are fresh and melting, with small sweet touches that explode in the mouth with happiness. The chef and owner, André Patsias, has worked at the Paul Bocuse Institute and in starred restaurants in Spain and Denmark. In addition to the dishes, the place offers an excellent selection of wines.
