After living and traveling in France for five years, Chef Ricardo returned to Peru with a 100% Andean proposal. We find the famous pachamanca, a typical dish cooked in hot stones, the cuy or the lechón (pork). The drink of the chef "el beso de la ñusta" is a must of this place. An address not to be missed for the amateurs of good Peruvian cooking and conviviality, because one does not find these popular dishes everywhere. Small stomachs abstain.
