Viewpoints have been set up to enjoy the charm of the steep coastline and the waterfalls tumbling down the cliffs. Once in Fajã do Vimes, a stop at Café Nunes is a must, as is a visit to the small craft store, where rugs and bedspreads are made exclusively by women on traditional looms. If you're not in a hurry, you can visit Fajã dos Bodes for its water mill. It's also the starting point for the PR03 SJO hike (9.7 km - 3h30 - difficult) to Fajã de São João, to the south. Part of this circuit is closed due to a landslide, consult trails.visitazores.com/.
