Nélia Xavier (who speaks a little French) and her husband offer guided hikes and horse rides. Mountain guide services. The horseback ride (accessible to all levels, including beginners) around Piedade lasts 2 hours and leads to a beautiful viewpoint over the ocean and São Jorge (and Terceira, when the weather is very nice). The walk can end with a nice snack including bread, cheese and typical wines. A very serious agency that offers natural activities, while respecting the environment.
