In short, a good rural accommodation where to spend a pleasant stay.

Engagiertes Personal und Top-Managerin! Wir wurden auf Anfrage am Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingebracht. Uns wurden wertvolle Tipps beim Check-in zu Restaurants, Badestellen in der Umgebung und der Fähre nach Faial gegeben. Die Anlage und unser Haus waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden zum Kochen. Insgesamt ist der Ort und die Hotelanlage sehr ruhig. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Berg Pico und erreicht fußläufig alles im Ort (z.B. Supermarkt und Badestellen). Außerdem hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Bungalow grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Es gibt einen schönen Ausblick und es ist ruhig. Leider ist es insgesamt nicht sauber, es wird offensichtlich nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, auch das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Es gab Spinnenläufer und viele Tausendfüßler. Das passt nicht zum angegebenen 4 Sterne Standard.

Check-in rápido e com uma recepcionista alegre e sempre disposta a esclarecer alguma dúvida que me fosse surgindo sobre a ilha.
No geral foi uma experiência e localização magnífica onde tive a sorte de observar a montanha do Pico ao acordar (houve dias de céu a tapar a mesma)
Localização em local sossegado e que com certeza irei hospedar em futuras viagens á ilha do Pico
