Country restaurant concocting bistronomic dishes to enjoy with foie gras, gambas...

Le Julipinois is a country restaurant adjoining a café-grocery. The room is bright and the tables are spaced for more tranquility. Damien and his team prepare bistronomic dishes. They propose a market menu every week for lunch where you can taste for example the tuna burger, the perch quenelles, all accompanied by seasonal vegetables. In the evenings and at weekends, the menu, renewed every 6 weeks or so, allows you to enjoy foie gras, scallops, gambas, quail, turbot, venison...

Open Wednesday lunchtime from April to October. Open Sunday and Monday for lunch; Thursday for lunch; Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner. High season: Wednesday lunch. Menus from 34 € to 58 € (evening menus). Lunch formula : 13,50 €. Menu of the day at lunchtime, a market menu offered each week for lunch. Groups welcome. Bar.

Owner's Message LE JULIPINOIS

Le Julipinois and Le Bistrot Le Petit Jules welcome you to a country setting in Saint Julien du Pinet, a small Haute-Loire commune in the heart of the Pays des Sucs. Damien Lyonnet put down his pots and pans there in September 2017. Son of a farmer, and with a rich professional background in starred establishments, he took over the village's café-grocery shop to develop the adjoining restaurant with a bistronomic offer.

Joined by his partner Chrystelle, who assists him in the kitchen, they both strive to highlight their region, and the products that come from it, through a deliberately concise menu, based on fresh and local products carefully worked.

On the Bistro side, from Monday to Friday, market menu, gourmet selection and bistro-brasserie inspired menu, on the Restaurant side at the weekend, more elaborate bistronomic style menus
