A very good value for money for this hotel with swimming pool and direct access to the beach. The rooms are comfortable with cable TV, board and iron and safe. The swimming pool is really pleasant, large but not too much, and so surrounded by palm trees that the atmosphere is almost intimate. Here you can enjoy a pleasant cocktail with a good cocktail prepared by a bartender from the Pikilia restaurant. And when you want to go on the hot sand of Miami Beach, nothing easier: right behind the swimming pool, after the portal is the beach. In short, this is a very good address!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom corner apartment. The rooms were comfortable and the apartment was large. They could of used some touch up in some places, but overall were clean. It's in a good location but a little hard to get in and out of the garage.
My issue is with the customer service, or lack of. The staff does not seem very welcoming and actually seemed bothered by having to check in or out guests.
I just checked my credit card statement and see that I was charged an additional fee (room was pre-paid). I called the hotel and the person I spoke to could not tell me what it was for. I was told I had to speak to someone in reservations, they don't answer and the voice mailbox is full.
So beware of your credit card charges.

very bad experience, my first time coming to this hotel and the security guy greeted me with a bad attitude, I don't know how they have people like that working here

Plaża hotelowa Ok. Basen mały, ale tez Ok.Brak czynnej restauracji . Bar przy basenie czynny tylko do godz.17. Jedzenie we własnym zakresie , ewentualnie inne restauracje. Najgorsze jest to, że karaluchy spaceruja w pokoju, jakby byly u siebie...
