On the three sides of the noisy bell tower there are three clocks. Each one gives a time of its own choosing, all different. But you don't care what time it is when you get to this village lost between the coast and the marshes. No tourist curiosity, but an air of another time, and an interesting place to shine. Continuing east on the ER 101, don't miss the miradouro de Santa. In Achadas da Cruz, a cable car takes you down to a cultivated hamlet by the ocean. Start the walk by following the path that starts behind the station (500 m of difference in altitude, approx. 1h30 of descent). Then take the cable car back up... Sensational!
