Funchal's oldest fish restaurant combines flavor and freshness. Every morning, the manager selects the fish at the market, favoring anything caught locally (slipper lobster, parrot fish, pink sea bream, triggerfish, black scabbardfish, red tuna...). The latter is meticulously grilled with salt and olive oil to preserve its aromas, and accompanied by fresh local vegetables. Afterwards, indulge in a homemade dessert.
