Funchal's oldest fish restaurant combines flavor and freshness. Every morning, the manager selects the fish at the market, favoring anything caught locally (slipper lobster, parrot fish, pink sea bream, triggerfish, black scabbardfish, red tuna...). The latter is meticulously grilled with salt and olive oil to preserve its aromas, and accompanied by fresh local vegetables. Afterwards, indulge in a homemade dessert. Le service et le repas étaient excellents. Par contre attention au PRIX !!!!!!!! Aucun tarifs affichés !!!! Des prix exorbitants !!!!si vous prenez un poisson /crustacé avec un tarif au kilo, assurez vous de son poids avant de passer commande.

Je n'ai mis que 3 étoiles à la qualité de la cuisine car, si ma cigale de mer de 900 g était préparée à la perfection (5 étoiles), il n'en a pas été de même pour la brochette de poisson de mon épouse qui était vraiment peu goûteuse et un peu trop cuite (1 étoile) .
