Before the cliffs of Ta'Cenc, this village, which adjoins Munxar, cultivates a long tradition of lacemaking. In Sannat, you will notice the church of Sainte-Marguerite built in 1718. In the square, which is very flowery in summer, there are small bars to liven it up and a bank. Between Sannat and the cliffs of Ta'Cenc, you will enjoy superb views of the coast and the moors. In the middle stands the temple of L-Imramma, a primitive temple with oval rooms, and there are also some dolmens. The road will lead you to the beautiful small cove of Mgarr ix-Xini: a very small beach, nice rocks, some caves, a little paradise almost unknown.
