Opened in 1980, this complex offers seven modern apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Each apartment has all the necessary amenities: air conditioning, living room, fully equipped kitchenette, cable TV and wifi. Above all, they guarantee you a breathtaking postcard-style view of the bay of Xlendi, to be enjoyed from the balcony. The restaurant is open every day but the cuisine is not excellent. On the other hand, nothing prevents you from having a drink to enjoy a splendid view.

At first they could not tell exact price for the fish - from 16 to 22eur. When asked for EXACT price we had to wait and the second answer was... from 16 to 22! :D Anyway my wife asked for a local fish, pointed at the exact fish she wants by hand and anyway they messed up and served totally different fish with lots of bones and all skin, sot it was very hard to eat. I decided to try their burger, but it was tasteless. I would call this place cafe, not restaurant.

Déçu de cette expérience, prix un peu excessif sur la carte des burgers si l’on se réfère à la qualité des produits dans l’assiette. Malgré cela petit point positif: belle vue sur la baie de Xlendi

I came for lunch. The view was lovely and had a very peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. Honestly I can’t wait to come again.

Der Schwertfisch war sehr gut, die Pizza überragend, der Hummer auf Pasta ebenso.
Wir wurden prompt und sehr freundlich bedient und fühlten uns herzlich willkommen. Das war ein sehr schönes Abendessen.
