Set back from the seaside, Mosta is a small town that is worth a visit for its imposing church dominated by a dome that makes a great impression. The architects there have satisfied a clear desire for gigantism. On the square is a rather pretty fountain, flanked by a small Belfort lion. It is also where people dance, eat and sing during the festivities.
