Set back from the seaside, Mosta is a small town that is worth a visit for its imposing church dominated by a dome that makes a great impression. The architects there have satisfied a clear desire for gigantism. On the square is a rather pretty fountain, flanked by a small Belfort lion. It is also where people dance, eat and sing during the festivities. You will dawdle with pleasure in the narrow streets of the village such as the Triq il-Kungress Ewkaristiku, lined with pretty houses with colourful balconies. From the church, the town's main shopping street, Constitution Street, unfortunately the scene of daily traffic jams
