What a strange idea to make chocolate in such a hot country! This "chocolate workshop" was created by John Adams, a French trained in France. He offers his "luxury chocolates" for sale and workshops in English to teach his customers to make their own chocolate at home. On the menu: Bouchées chocolate, bitter oranges, wine commandaria, zivania… In short, it's fun, but very expensive and very far away from the current trend of return to quality raw chocolate.
