In his charming hotel, Baptiste and his team create gourmet cuisine that's both tasty and visual, using mostly local produce. A tasty interlude where you'll be delighted by the pea hummus with homemade focaccia, the snacked octopus with eggplant caviar, the tuna steak with tangy sauce and rice. Superb, perfectly presented desserts. The rare wines on the menu are carefully selected from exceptional estates. In winter, homemade mulled wine. The staff live up to this idyllic setting.

a l'entrée du village hôtel des plus agréable avec sa belle piscine extérieur pour les beaux jours et des chambres très "cosy". C’est vraiment l’endroit pour décompresser avec une restauration à la hauteur du lieu.

Les dîners en demi-pension au Fort du Pré sont toujours un grand plaisir. La formule comprend entrée-plat-fromage-dessert et tout est bien présenté, cuit et assaisonné. La carte des vins est très complète en côtes du rhône. Le service est souriant, convivial et efficace.
