Les sentiers offrent de splendides panoramas sur l'océan. On peut voir des animaux marins et des oiseaux le long du Bird Island Trail. Cypress Grove Trail et South Shore Trail où les vagues viennent se fracasser et éclatent en mille projections sur les rochers sont nos préférés.

Même après deux semaines de voyage le long de la côte et de découverte de sites magnifiques, ce parc veut la peine d'y consacrer du temps, d'autant que les sentiers sont faciles. De plus, il est très proche de Carmel et de la mission San Borromeo.
