This small village hides its secrets well: it's here that (very) wealthy San Franciscans have built beautiful villas on the bay. Very quiet, there's not much to do here except take the ferry to Angel Island. But it would be a pity not to stop here, even if only for a coffee. Its only street (Main Street) is well worth a visit, with cafés, bars and restaurants offering excellent food. Take the time to sit on one of the many benches lining the bay and admire the scenery. If you're passing through at the end of September, the Beer Festival brings together visitors from all over the region in a great atmosphere.
