This bohemian New Zealand-style café-bar is very popular in Wanaka. It's a great place to have brunch or even dinner, with good prices and excellent food. You can also just come here to drink one of the eighteen draught beers at the end of the day or enjoy a good coffee at breakfast. Since 1997 you can enjoy the view of the lake while sipping your cocktail, and why not in front of a sunset? The Kai Whaka Pai team offers a take-out service so you don't have to worry about running out of space.
