But this establishment does it very well, offering a delicious overview of the dishes to be found in this vast country, all in a sumptuously exotic setting. A must-try is the Rijsttafels, a typical feast offering a wide range of dishes (between 11 and 14). Reservations are essential, even on weekdays, and it's best to arrive early to avoid long waits.
