Forgotten World Adventures takes us on a journey of discovery through the "Forgotten World", a remote region that became desertified after the railroads were abandoned. Now it can be explored on small pedal carts. 142 kilometers of track, 24 tunnels and 98 bridges. Excursions last from half a day to four days. You can also choose a combo adventure with rail cart in the morning and jet-boat on the Whanganui River in the afternoon.
