This new restaurant in Arba Minch is one of the best tables in the country. The chef, trained in Addis, offers very creative dishes with local ingredients, including fish. We loved the Nile perch in a banana leaf with rice, vegetables and avocado sauce or steam baked in white vinegar, with kale chale, and peanut sauce. A coffee also serves smoothies, the room is nicely decorated and pleasant. A real culinary discovery.
