Between Yssingeaux and the Mazet-Saint- {, Les Moulins du Bouchat welcomes you in a 12 hectare park for your gastronomic meals, for a relaxing moment, or for great events. The restaurant at the bottom of which a gigantic fireplace can hold up to 150 people. It is ideal for all your private and professional receptions, but it is of course possible to go to couples or family. The terrace is facing the ponds with views of the Lizieux. Here you can only eat very fine dishes like the fatty liver of homemade duck and its jelly at the flower of Dandelion or a medallion of champagne sauce and morels. The dessert trolley will then fill all the gourmands. To digest, or simply to spend a good afternoon, we can take advantage of the fishing route organised through three ponds, one of which is a fly fishing reservoir. The area also features bowls and free access to the three th-century water mills, one of which is completely renovated and refurbished.
